My father passed away and me and my siblings got into a disagreement regarding the Probate and the Administration of the Estate.

It's has been very emotive and sensitive due to dealing with the passing of my father and the family feelings. Mrs De Couteau acted as a neutral third party and helped us to mediate and compromise whilst aslo explaining our rights and responsibilities.

Three months later and following countless meetings, emails and phone calls, we managed to agree which also meant that we saved a lot of money and didn't need to go to court.

The service has been exceptional, very personable and I felt that I have really benefited also on a personal level, as my relationship with my siblings has been salvaged and really that is something that money can't buy.
