ADR AT EMA SOLUTIONS
Alternative Dispute Resolution can provide parties with a more flexible, private and proportionate route to resolving disagreement. The appropriate process depends on the nature of the dispute, the relationship between the parties, the governing law and whether the parties require a negotiated settlement or a binding determination.
EMA Solutions offers dispute-resolution support across domestic, Caribbean and international matters. Services include mediation, arbitration, negotiation, dispute-resolution strategy and support with selecting and structuring an appropriate ADR process.
Dr Dawn De Coteau is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEX), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), and a qualified mediator with dispute-resolution training through ADR Group and CIArb.
