OUR REGIONAL FOCUS

A practice rooted in the Caribbean.

From established Caribbean families and businesses to newcomers and overseas investors, we provide a considered starting point for complex legal and commercial matters across the region.

A REGIONAL APPROACH

Caribbean roots. Regional perspective.

EMA Solutions is headquartered in Grenada and works with individuals, families, businesses, investors and public bodies whose interests span the Caribbean and the wider world. Collectively, our lawyers cover more than 15 Caribbean jurisdictions, placing us well to serve clients with regional and cross-border interests. We understand that a client’s affairs may involve different countries and territories, each with its own laws, institutions and practical requirements.

The firm is led by Dr Dawn De Coteau, who is personally admitted in Grenada, St Vincent and the Grenadines, and St Christopher and Nevis, as well as England and Wales. Services in those jurisdictions depend on the relevant engagement and authorisations. In other Caribbean jurisdictions, matters requiring local legal practice are handled by independently engaged, appropriately authorised local practitioners.

YOUR NEXT STEP
