Dr De Coteau leads EMA Solutions' legal and advisory work across trusts and estate planning, private client matters, disputes, professional negligence, international estate matters, high-net-worth and family office services, governance and corporate advisory.

Practice areas: Trusts and estate planning; contentious probate and inheritance disputes; professional negligence; civil and commercial litigation limited to her substantive practice areas (not general litigation); Court of Protection and mental capacity; cross-border estate matters; alternative dispute resolution; and corporate and governance advisory.

She is personally admitted in England and Wales, Grenada, St Vincent and the Grenadines, and St Christopher and Nevis. In England and Wales, she is Consultant Lawyer and Head of Private Client Disputes and Contentious Probate at Culver Law and is regularly engaged by other law firms as a specialist consultant.
